Buyback Process: How Does It Work?
Our process is simple and consists of a few steps:
Contact us. Fill out the special buy-back form on the website, send an email with the device information (model, condition, capacity, included accessories), or call us at +370 699 77 488. For larger quantities of devices, we can come to you and perform an on-site evaluation.
Device assessment. Our specialists will quickly evaluate your devices and provide a competitive buyback offer, without any hidden fees. The offer will be based on current market demand and the device’s condition. When evaluating computers, we take into account the generation of the processor and graphics card, RAM and SSD capacity, screen condition, and battery cycles. For a precise valuation, we recommend providing the IMEI, model, or serial number.
Sales process and payment. If you accept the offer, you can send the devices via a parcel locker, courier, or bring them to our repair shop in Vilnius, at Kedrų str. 5, LT-03159. We’ll take care of all the remaining formalities and process the payment promptly.

Important Note: We also accept devices for utilization/recycling, including those we do not buy or those that are older than 2016. If needed, we can help securely delete data before utilization.
