How does this work? 1) Contact Us — Fill out the form on our website or send an email with your device’s details (model, capacity, condition, what’s included; if necessary, add the IMEI, model, or serial number). 2) Assessment — Our specialists will quickly assess the device and provide a clear buyback offer. 3) Sale — If you accept the offer, you can send the device via parcel locker or courier, or bring it to our repair shop in Vilnius. Data security is a priority. Before selling, we recommend backing up your data and removing account locks.
For iPhones and iPads, perform an “Erase All Content and Settings” (this helps to disable “Find My” / Activation Lock). For Apple Watch, unpair it from your iPhone using the “Watch” app.
For Android phones, remove your Google account before performing a “Factory reset” to disable FRP.
If needed, we can assist you with all these steps on-site—from data transfer to final deletion—to ensure the new owner can activate the device without any issues.
